Rates per miles varies depending on the distance. The 1st horse is charged at our full rate. Then any additional horse(s), get up to 70% off per mile per horse.

All horse(s) must be halter broke. We can only allow up to 1 hour time frame for loading process, and paperwork. Anything after an hour, the driver has to leave. Driver is on a schedule and has other reservations to meet. Security deposit is NOT refundable.

The driver will stop periodically for clean up, walk horse(s), feeding (hay), water, etc. Feed and hay must be provided by the client. We request 1 bale of hay per horse.

Any trip that takes more then 15 hours, the driver will stop at horse campground/horse hotel/overnight boarding; additional fee will apply per horse.

If the driver needs to stay due to an event (rodeo, show, auction, etc), additional fee may apply depending on the length of standby time.

We do offer round trip service that saves you up to 40% per mile. Round trip is point A to point B and return to point A with no additional stop(s) or detour. Multiple stops are charged as a normal transport shipment.

There is a camera installed inside the horse trailer at all time, so the driver can check on the horse(s) periodically while driving. This is for insurance purposes.

We do not operate yearly around. We operate April till winter weather begins (snow/ice). We don't travel to any location if there is snow or ice on the ground. During a bad storm, the driver will communicate with client(s) with any updates. Our primary goal is to get your horse(s) safely to their destination with ZERO risk as possible.

It is the client's responsibility to make sure the driver has the required paperwork at the time of pickup:

Negative Coggins: can't be more than 12 months from the date of pickup.​

CVI (certificate of Veterinarian Inspection) or health certificate: can't be more than 27 days old from the date of pickup.

All horse(s) that's been sold to a new owner, must provide a Bill of Sale for the driver. The Bill of Sale must have seller's name and contact number, the new owner's name and contact number, horse's information (name, breed, gender, age, etc.), and branding design on it (if it applies).

Leaving a branding state: Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North and South Dakota, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming, a brand inspection is required whether the horse(s) branded or not. Call the Brand Inspector of that state for more information.

A security deposit of a minimum of 30% must be paid at the time of making reservation. The other 70% is due at the time of pickup. You may pay more then 30% if you like when making the reservation, but must be paid in full at the time of the pickup. If the client cancel the reservation 24 hours or less of the pickup date for whatever reason(s), the client's security deposit (30%) is NOT refundable. Cancellation more than 24 hours notice, will get 100% refund of what has been paid. We do NOT accept money order, cashier check, any cash apps or personal check. Only payment acceptable are: credit/debt cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), or cash.

When requesting a quote, we need both addresses/locations of pickup and drop off in order to give an accurate quote. When agreeing to a quote and making a reservation, the driver will NOT drive to a different location then what was given. It's the client's responsibility to give exact addresses/locations. Client has the right to change the reservation (time, date, pickup/drop off location) at any time if its more than 48 hours of the pickup date (if changes are available)

The client must be present for at least 1 hour at the pickup/drop off time. During the 1 hour time frame, we want to be sure the client is 100% satisfied with our services; loading, unloading, physical condition of the horse(s), etc. And also to complete any paperwork that is required for the driver.
